Megahero is a gathering of musicians who, like many others, see Improvised, Contemporary, Noise, Metal and Traditional music as a gigantic racket that clashes with itself.
Right down to the method of writing, decisions are taken collegially.
The music mutates according to what each member brings to it with his or her own culture.
It’s a music of choice, reaction and democracy.
Like a rock band, it’s about experiencing an emotional upheaval within the collective, and transmitting it to the audience in the jubilant energy of a large ensemble.
