The first joint concert of the three adventurous musicians in Wishamalii and the orchestral style chameleon Sointi Jazz Orchestra! Known for their unique music and charming stage performances, Wishamalii is made up of Palestinian-Jordanian singer and oud player Nemat Battah, pianist Kari Ikonen and Ethiopian-born percussionist Abdissa “Mamba” Assefa. The joint concert will feature colourful orchestral arrangements of Wishamalii’s brand new album Al-Bahr, arranged particularly for this concert and performed by a band of almost 20 people.
