The Fuchsthone Orchestra unites 22 outstanding and award-winning Cologne musicians and is known for a new, orchestral sound that exceeds the limits of the genre Big Band by far. Both women composers Christina Fuchs and Caroline Thon are leading representatives for the current, lange format jazz in Germany and they have two decades of experience with large ensemble conducting at their disposal (United Women’s Orchestra, Thoneline Orchestra, Soundscapes Orchestra).
