Big band music takes over Real Vinícola block in Matosinhos with four free concerts, hosted by Orquestra Jazz de Matosinhos.
June 6: Querer, new album by OJM and Guillermo Klein, one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary composition, makes its stage debut.
June 13: Orquestra de Jazz do Hot Clube travels north with Impermanência(s) exploring intersections between contemporary classical music and improvised music.
June 20: OJM & Ana Lua Caiano, blend traditional Portuguese music with electronics within a big band setting.
June 21: families are invited to Grande Pesca Sonora, a concert bringing together over a
hundred participants from OJM’s Education Program with the big band musicians.
All concerts are in Casa da Arquitectura at 18:00. Free entrance.
