Notre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tude\u00a0\u00ab Les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s Femmes-Hommes\u00a0et les violences sexistes et sexuelles dans le jazz et les musiques improvis\u00e9es<\/u><\/b><\/a> <\/b>\u00bb mettait en lumi\u00e8re un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019\u00ab\u202f\u00e9vaporation\u202f\u00bb qui touche de nombreuses musiciennes en cours\u00a0de formation musicale.<\/p>\n

Afin d\u2019offrir une r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate, concr\u00e8te et collective pour soutenir ces jeunes talents, faire \u00e9voluer le secteur et lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s structurelles dans le jazz et les musiques improvis\u00e9es, AJC<\/u><\/a>,\u00a0la FNEIJMA<\/u><\/a> et Grands Formats<\/u><\/a>\u00a0ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 Passages<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Passages est un<\/b> dispositif de mentorat en mixit\u00e9 choisie, <\/b>\u00e0 destination de jeunes musiciennes de jazz et des musiques improvis\u00e9es<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Organis\u00e9 autour de r\u00e9sidences territoriales, il offre un accompagnement artistique et professionnel<\/b> port\u00e9 par des musiciennes* <\/i>professionnelles \u00e0 destination de jeunes mentor\u00e9es*. Chaque Passage devra permettre aux \u00e9tudiant\u00b7es des \u00e9coles et conservatoires partenaires de jouer<\/b>, d\u2019\u00e9crire<\/b>, de partager ces musiques <\/b>et de d\u00e9couvrir le milieu professionnel<\/b>,\u00a0ses acteur\u00b7trice\u00b7s et ses r\u00e9alit\u00e9s dans des environnements de travail sains,\u00a0formateurs et \u00e9mancipateurs.<\/p>\n

Soutenu par le CNM, le Minist\u00e8re de la Culture et la Fondation BNP-Paribas, nos 3 f\u00e9d\u00e9rations ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir, apr\u00e8s un appel \u00e0 candidatures lanc\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de nos r\u00e9seaux, 5 Passages<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Ces projets verront le jour\u00a0sur plusieurs territoires :

\n<\/b>\u2192<\/b> Paris et ses alentours
\n<\/b>\u2192<\/b> la r\u00e9gion d\u2019Albi
\n<\/b>\u2192<\/b> l\u2019axe Lyon-Valence<\/b><\/p>\n

Ils m\u00ealeront
\n5 <\/b>festivals\/lieux de diffusion<\/b>,
\n5<\/b> collectifs\/structures artistiques\u00a0<\/b>
\net <\/b>5<\/b> structures d\u2019enseignement\u00a0<\/b>
\net de formation<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Surtout, ils permettront d\u2019accompagner plus de 30 jeunes musiciennes<\/b> dans une d\u00e9couverte artistique mais aussi professionnelle de ces musiques.<\/p>\n

Cette exp\u00e9rimentation collective est une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me profond li\u00e9 \u00e0 nos musiques et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au monde musical.\u00a0<\/b><\/i>
\nEt nous esp\u00e9rons que ces premiers Passages cr\u00e9eront les espaces n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement de ces jeunes musiciennes et \u00e0 la tenue d\u2019une seconde \u00e9dition d\u00e8s septembre 2026 !<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n
