Lithuanian Jazz on the international stage with Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble’s inaugural tour in Denmark this July 15-18, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under the masterful direction of Jievaras Jasinskis, this independent 17-members ensemble is set to dazzle audiences with a series of performances showcasing cross-genre innovation and the contemporary spirit of Lithuanian jazz as well as ensemble\u2019s vision of collaboration.<\/p>\n

Tour Highlights Include:<\/p>\n

Aarhus Jazz Festival (July 16th)<\/strong>
\nA dynamic two-part concert with both Lithuanian (Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble) and Danish musicians (Kemaca). A special presentation at the Aarhus Jazz Festival, and exclusive networking events designed to foster deeper cultural connections.<\/p>\n

Aalborg (July 17th)<\/strong>
\nA unique ‘Live recording’ event featuring collaborations that will serve as a cornerstone for future promotions and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n

The tour aims to propel Lithuanian jazz into the international limelight, facilitating new collaborations, enhancing cultural visibility, and providing a platform for each member to showcase personal projects, such as ‘Sheep Effect’, Broken Glass 4tet’, Karolis \u0160arkus project and many more.<\/p>\n
